Sure cardecorshop.com gladly accepts returns:

of unworn (without any perfume, cigarette, or other odors)
unwashed
undamaged items, in good condition for resale
defective merchandise for exchange or refund within 15 days after you receive your package.

Please check the following process:

Contact our Customer Care for any return via co*****@ca**********.com.
We will send you a return address and RETURNS FORM.
Please put the RETURNS FORMwith your return package.
Send us a copy of receipt or any proof of return shipment with tracking number. As soon as both information is received, we will provide you with an appropriate solution.
We will notify you as soon as we receive your return package.

To exchange a product, whether for a bigger or smaller size, or for another color:

You should first return a product, and we’ll ship another product to you as your request, as soon as we receive your return product.
You should bear for the return shipping fee and the second turn shipping fee on your own.
You should pay $20 USD exchange fee for each itemthat you’d like to exchange.

We’ll make a refund to your payment account in 3 business days after we receive your returned products.

If the reason for the return is not due to quality issues or our mistake, you are responsible for the cost of the freight.

Shipping fees from the original order are non refundable.
