How can I return a product?

  • We will send you a return address and RETURNS FORM.
  • Please put the RETURNS FORMwith your return package.
  • Send us a copy of receipt or any proof of return shipment with tracking number. As soon as both information is received, we will provide you with an appropriate solution.

How can I exchange a product?

To exchange a product, whether for a bigger or smaller size, or for another color:

  • You should first return a product, and we’ll ship another product to you as your request, as soon as we receive your return product.
  • You should bear for the return shipping fee and the second turn shipping fee on your own.
  • You should pay $20 USD exchange fee for each itemthat you’d like to exchange.

When will I get my refund?

We’ll make a refund to your payment account in 3 business days after we receive your returned products.
